Ford C-MAX review

Smart Style to go and have fun. With a wide range of powerful, fuel efficient, the Ford C-MAX is a great addition to the line-up, the gap between the Focus and minivans more It is well made and has an agreement smart backseat. But it can be expensive with additional options, and rivals such as the Renault Scenic and VW Touran are more flexible. Ford also offers a larger Grand C-MAX with space for seven years.
Styling
While the focus seems awkward in places, the Ford C-MAX is a machine much nicer, despite its great roof. There is no heads on the main road, but with a slim shape, has the perfect style headlights and taillights and athletic proportions, the C-MAX is smart enough not to scream MPV from all angles. Like the Focus, Ford C-MAX gets a very chic and modern cabin with piano black center console neat, elegant dials and high-quality materials and distribution. Yes, it can be a bit more complicated when you add a few extras, but it's a nice place to be and a lot more elegant than a Volkswagen Touran and Renault Scenic.

Driving
If you are looking for a family car that handles as well as the more sporty models from other manufacturers, test drive a Ford C-MAX. There's plenty of grip from the platform front, the steering is precise and learn everything you need to get on the road, while torque vectoring know - a clean system, which sends power the wheel that can deal with it more - is an excellent series. The ride is firmer than you would get in a Renault Scenic, but it's still comfortable. In terms of engines, the EcoBoost 148bhp 1.6 petrol smooth and has a lot of pressure, but the 1.6-liter diesel is the choice for most buyers. With wind noise and street and sensitive transmission C-MAX munches miles with ease, irrespective of the motor.

Reliability
There is no doubt, is the Ford C-MAX is a very safe car. Since the development is based, it has a maximum five-star Euro NCAP crash test with standard passenger airbags and curtains, with traction control, electronic stability control and a new torque vectoring system that helps to further improve adhesion. Factor excellent everywhere, and we expect that the C-MAX to be easy to clean and it is unlikely to require much more than routine maintenance.

Convenience
Like its predecessor, the C-MAX can be ordered with an intelligent back seat. It splits 40/20/40 and seat foldable outer seats slide backwards and inwards to create a very large 2 +2 layout. The disadvantages are that three seats rear legroom is tight in the middle, and although the seats and clothes can be removed easily, they are heavy. There is plenty of luggage space - instead of 471 liters with the rear seats, eliminated with 1723 liters. In addition, there are options such as Active Park Assist, which. Automatically parks the car and a Parellel Family Pack, which comes with a motorized tailgate and rear window blinds Reach and rake steering, and a riding position means that you are comfortable and look a breeze.

Running costs
Engines with effective management of the Ford C-MAX should not be too expensive. Our selection round, the 113bhp 1.6-liter diesel 61.4mpg and 116g/km of CO2 with a score of 13 percent corporate car. If you have the money, the 148bhp 1,6 19.745 pounds EcoBoost turbocharged petrol engine is much faster and smoother, and gives 42.8mpg and emits 154g/km of CO2 and combined only. Trim levels are good entry-level Zetec come with air conditioning, Bluetooth, alloys and heated windscreen, while titanium trimmed cars add a stereo fully integrated Sony, air-assist and hill-hold.
